Integrated Product Team (IPT)
The COLTS Integrated Product Team is a government organization with membership open to all current licensees and Avantix, the software developer. This government-industry team provides a forum for discussion of ongoing COLTS developments. The IPT meets quarterly and maintains a prioritized list of enhancement requests and emerging requirements. View IPT charter
Rollout Teams
Rollout teams combine a deep knowledge of military supply chain and maintenance management with expertise in configuring COLTS to meet specific program requirements. They are responsible for setting up the websites and loading existing data into COLTS.
Support Teams
Support teams focus on maximizing COLTS value to an organization. The IPT has designated a three tier structure:
- Customer Support Reps (CSRs) provide users with a single POC who understands how COLTS is used to support their specific business processes. They are responsible for training users and resolving day to day issues. CSRs are supported by Technical Support Reps.
- Technical Support Reps (TSRs) are responsible for configuring COLTS, maintaining websites, training CSRs and technical problem resolution. TSRs are supported by Avantix Technical Support.
- Avantix Technical Support is responsible for the training Technical Support Reps, software problem remediation, and consultation on emerging requirements.
